Freddo? Inizia a muoverti. Il tuo corpo inizierà a produrre calore. Esagera, ed il meccanismo di raffreddamento del corpo entrerà in azione, facendoti sudare.

Sfortunatamente il sudore diviene presto fastidioso poiché l'acqua è un ottimo conduttore di calore. In condizioni di freddo intenso degli abiti bagnati possono portare anche all'ipotermia.
